Mitchell from Phoenix Projects CBR did a fantastic job removing the rotting, elevated deck from the front of our house and replacing the entire structure with a beautiful new timber deck, fitting wire balustrades, oiling the new timber, painting the joists and installing and painting a new gyprock garage roof. Mitchell performed the bulk of the carpentry on the new deck, and his craftsmanship and attention to detail was exceptional (we especially like the joinery on the handrail posts!). Working around some very poor weather Mitchell would always let us know when he’d next be at the house, and was even happy to accommodate being greeted by our very enthusiastic dog multiple times each day. The entire project was completed within a minimum of fuss and looks brilliant. Our neighbours have already commented on how good the new deck looks and one has now also engaged Phoenix Projects CBR to perform a minor job. We’re really happy with the new deck, and very happily recommend Mitchell!

I had a significant and complex job for Mitch to complete and the quality of the end product was so much better than I could have expected or ever imagined! I had a brand new deck added to the entrance of my house including wrap around stairs which required competing with a slight decline. The workmanship on the deck and the stairs was perfect! Each join was meticulously cut, resulting in a deck which has added significant value to my property. After completing the front deck, they removed an old terribly designed back deck and brought it back to life making it complement the front deck. I couldn’t have asked for better or more friendly service and can’t recommend them highly enough. A+++
